And in one quick click on the delete option, they were.  Gone.

The last few months, I spent a ton of time figuring out what was ultimitely most important to me.  By no means have I got that done.  But I can at least tell you what is not important to me. 

1.  It is not important for the people I work with to be my best friends.  8 am – 5 pm, we are together.  But they are co-workers and those relationships are most of the time better left at the office. 

2.  Friendships are key to survival.  They make me laugh, cry, spend too much money at the mall, chill out, and in general, make life a lot more fun.  And friends who have been around for a long time (I am talking YEARS!) are the best.  Strange that really they are sometimes the hardest to keep too (more on that one later). 

3.  My Hubby (MH) and I dont have the perfect marriage.  There are things I wish we had and I am sure he feels the same way. And its okay.

4.  Daughter rocks.  Even in her most stubborn times, she rocks. And everything I do, I do to make her life happy. 

 And so that is what is important to me.  I struggle with it all but this week, I did a good job.
